To place an order
To place an electronic order (online order) please visit www.hp.com/buy/pshp2b. After logging in you can immediatley place an order or convert a quote to an order. For more information on how to place an electronic order please contact our eBusiness team.
When placing a manual order the purchase order should include the Contract Number in the body of the Purchase Order. Please also be sure to include a copy of the quote or the part numbers(s), description and quoted price, your contact name, phone number and email address, the ship to location or drop ship locations, delivery date requirements and any other special delivery requirements or information and if applicable, the HP Authorized Reseller Agent name and/or authorization number for the HP Reseller Agent providing you with support. These orders should be either Faxed to 800-825-2329 or emailed to PSorderprocessing@hp.com.
All Purchase Orders need to be made out to HP Inc. with the Ordering address referenced below.

If faxing an order into HP, please be sure to add your email address onto the body of the PO or the cover page of the fax. This should provide you with an order confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of the fax. If you do not receive the order confirmation with 48 hours this may indicate that there is an issue with your PO (for example: fax was not received, PO is not readable, etc.). So to ensure your order is processed, please send inquires to PSorderprocessing@hp.com if your order confirmation has not been received.
